What is the ACCIONA motosharing service all about?

The ACCIONA motosharing service is a 125 cc electrical motorcycle rental service that enables you to move around your city in a comfortable and sustainable manner.

What are the hygiene measures?

Your health is very important to us, so we have a strict hygiene protocol on all our motorbikes as well as a hygiene kit in all the trunks. We invite you to learn about our measures here.

How does the service work?

To begin using the service all you need to do is to download the app and locate the nearest motorbike.

How can I register for the service?

Registration is very simple: you can do it via the app, available both for IOS and Android:

  1. Fill out the registration form; in addition to your personal details we will need a photograph of your ID/DNI/NIE or passport, driving licence and details of your bank card.
  2. We will then verify your data and let you know when these have been validated.
  3. After validation, you may access the service by starting a session on your app.

Where is the ACCIONA motosharing service currently operating?

Our service is currently available in Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona, Seville, Milano and Rome although you will soon be able to enjoy riding our motorbikes in other cities.

What criteria must I meet to use the motorbikes

Our motorbikes are 125cc and therefore you must meet one of the following requirements:

In Spain: 

  • B driving licence for at least 3 years
  • Be 18 or over with an A, A1 or A2 driving licence

In Portugal: 

  • To have the driving license B and to have minimum 25 years
  • To have the card B and the card of moped (AM)
  • Be at least 18 years old and have an A, A1 or A2 driving licence

 

 

How can I deregister from the service?

You can unsubscribe by calling the free telephone number of the Customer Service Centre, sending the form, which you will find in the Terms and Conditions of the service.
